Private Room Details
We have two rooms in addition to the two rooms in our bed & breakfast. Both rooms have electric fireplaces to take the chill off when cold weather hits. Both rooms also have two comfortable reading chairs. One room has a king bed and the other has twin beds. The bathroom is across the hall and has double sinks and a walk-in shower. It is shared by these two rooms. You will have access to our library which overlooks the city and Bellingham Bay. All rooms are on the second floor, with 16 steps to reach it.
We are located in the Samish Neighborhood, at the end of a dead end street. It is very quiet here. However, we are just a 5 minute drive to almost everything: WWU, Fairhaven, downtown Bellingham. We are a 45 minute drive to Mt Baker Ski Area. And we are just down the road from Galbraith Mountain, with world famous mountain bike trails.
Coffee and scones are included in the room charge, however no breakfast without an extra charge.
We have a lovely garden which will be a restful spot after your days of exploring the Pacific Northwest.
You will have access to our library which has lovely seating to look out over the city and bay. Our book shelves are full. If you find a book and you want to finish it, you are welcome to take it with you.
You will also have access to the tv which is in the common area. Coffee and scones are served every morning. We have a small fridge with bottled water.
Our neighborhood is very quiet. A lovely place to relax. We are on a dead end street and so traffic is not an issue.
Public transportation in Bellingham is pretty sad. You’ll want your own vehicle.
